Luxury UK Wedding Photographer
UK EDITORIAL WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER
My photography blends documentary (a natural, βfly on the wallβ approach) and editorial (a more creative, refined style achieved through gentle guidance). From the moment youβre getting ready to buttoning up your dress, all the way to kicking off your shoes on the dance floor, your wedding day tells a unique story, and I am beyond excited to capture it.
Iβll be there to photograph every laugh, tear, and champagne toast (or tower!), preserving the big moments as well as the beautifully fleeting ones- the way your partner looks at you when youβre not watching, the squeeze of a loved ones hand, the joyful chaos of the dance floor. Your wedding will be filled with love and joy, and I canβt wait to document those moments for you to relive for years to come -especially the ones you may not have even noticed on the day. Those are my favourite images to capture.
I want your photos to take you right back to that magical feeling no matter how much time passes. Trends come and go, but timelessness endures. A great photographer doesnβt just capture how your wedding looked; they capture how it felt βthe emotions, the atmosphere, the little details that make your day uniquely yours.
If youβre drawn to romantic, authentic wedding photos that truly reflect the spirit of your day, lets chat! Iβd love to hear all about your plans and help bring your vision to life.

FAQ'S
How far in advance do we book?
Congratulations firstly on getting engaged and planning your wedding. I am currently booking in 2026 weddings. Once you have your wedding date confirmed then get in touch as soon as you can to check if I have your date available. If I am unavailable, I will recommend some similar style photographers for your date.
How many photographs should we expect?
There is no limit to the amount of photos I take on your wedding day, but I would estimate to provide you with a minimum of 600 images of what I believe to be the VERY best representation of your day. If you opt for the second photographer then I would set that minimum at 800 images.
When do you take our couple photos?
I like to shoot your couple photos into two short sessions so that youβre not away from your guests for too long.
The first is usually shortly after the ceremony - it is also the first time the two of you will have some alone time!! This session is really relaxed and a generally little walk around together.
The second session is prior to sunset or often just before your first dance. This is because the light is so much softer and lower getting that βgolden glowβ (fingers crossed for this in the UK)!
How long will you stay at our wedding?
I generally start around 2.5 hours prior to the ceremony which is plenty of time to capture the bridal preparations. I photograph up until you hit the dance floor, and after I have captured your first dance and a couple of songs after. If you require longer coverage into the evening I offer extra hours photography, which can be added at the time of booking or anytime before the day.
Should we book the second photographer?
I can only be in one place at a time. So if I am photographing bridal prep, my second photographer will be with the groom. They also capture the ceremony from the back of the aisle (which is a beautiful perspective), and they capture candids of your guests whilst I photograph the formal group photos. I would also recommend having the second photographer for larger weddings and winter weddings (where time is limited).
What do you mean by formal photos?
Despite my approach being natural and documentary style which predominantly captures your day as it occurs. However, there is place for formal group shots with your nearest and dearest, particularly parents and grandparents.
I would normally recommend limiting these to no more than 10, so that we can do these as quickly as possible to allow you to enjoy your day. Have you been to one of those weddings where this drags on for an hour whilst everyone says cheese⦠yeah thats not me!
Formal photos also can be informal.

Do you require a meal?
I never stipulate to my couples to provide a meal for me (and my second photographer) but of course we always appreciate being fed. If not provided with a hot meal I will need to leave the site to obtain a hot meal during your wedding breakfast as we tend to skip lunch and by this time of the day we do need to refuel properly.
What if it rains?
Getting married in the UK usually means there is a good chance of rain! So I would always prepare for it. Pack some wellies and bring some umbrellas (I always have a few clear ones too) because we can still go out for some shots.
Group shots may be best to do inside but we sometimes just have to work around the weather and pop out during a dry patch - but thats my job to keep an eye on, whilst you enjoy.
Are you insured?
Yes absolutely. I am fully insured with both professional indemnity and public liability insurance.
I also have plenty of equipment including back ups of both my camera bodies and lenses, and of course lots of memory cards and batteries! Having an experienced photographer also means they are very equipped for every eventuality.
Pre Wedding Shoot.. ?
Thats a great idea! Couples who have PWSβ generally get to have a practice in front of the camera so that theyβre not feeling so apprehensive about it on their big day!
Its also a great opportunity for us to get to know each other a little more too, after all.. I will be spending a large proportion of your wedding day with you!
You are also welcome bring along your dog or children too (but please bring someone to watch them whilst you have your couple photos as thatβs the main reason for the shoot).
How do we go about booking?
Thatβs great news youβre thinking of booking!
In order for me to secure the date with you, I require your signed contract, booking form and non-refundable deposit. Get in touch to enquire and Iβll send you everything to proceed.
How many weddings do you photograph?
I photograph a maximum of 30 weddings per year. This is so that I am able to each of my couples my undivided attention, and be available to you for any assistance in the lead up to the wedding. I close my books once I reach this number.
Can we buy an Album from you?
Yes absolutely, I offer a range of linen and leather albums. These are so important so you donβt forget those precious moments - donβt leave your images on a computer screen!
Albums can be purchased before or after the wedding. You can use your online gallery to select your favourites and I will design your album for you.
Let me know if you would like more information!
Do you recommend other suppliers?
Yes absolutely. Working within the industry for the past ten years I have worked with some absolutely wonderful suppliers, and those who have a similar ethos as myself. They are all in my wedding day guide that I will send you upon booking.
When will we be able to see the photos?
I take great care in the post production work on your photographs so I aim to provide your final images by 8-10 weeks after your wedding date. But so you can enjoy some in the meantime I will send you a sneak peek gallery within 72 hours after your wedding.
The images will be available to view via the secure online gallery. you can share this with friends & family so that they can view, and have unlimited downloads (you need to share you pin with them), and they are welcome to also purchase any professional prints directly from the gallery too- this is a really popular
We have more questions..
