I already knew Jasmine as we work together as midwives at the local hospital. I met up with her and her husband to be for a cappuccino in the Cookshed in Woodbridge one morning a year or so prior to the wedding so that I could meet Milo ahead of the wedding.

I remember Jas + Milo both saying how they wanted to have everything around the day super chilled, with minimal formal group shots, no formal structure, just an organic flow of the day however it goes… Yasssss I thought!!

As the months progressed towards the wedding, Jas and Milo had their first baby - little Ted. He was going to be 8 months old at the wedding and one of their page boys!

But of course those nights where Jas was feeding Ted in the middle of the night I think she planned lots of her final details in the small hours between 2-4am, hence around that time I would get pings of new ideas and things she had seen whilst night time searching!!! haha This is an exception to the rule as she is a friend so please don’t read this and think I will respond to anyone else’s pinterest boards anytime out of normal hours!! I always chuckle when I think to what I awoke to in the mornings and knew how much sleep she had had… x

My cousins wedding! Both designated drivers - might have had a little sleepover that night and a coffee in the morning 😂

WHAT MADE YOU CHOOSE YOUR VENUE? DID YOU LOOK AT MANY OTHERS?

We originally booked Hengrave which we fell in love with straight away but wanted to bring the wedding forward so explored other venues. Found Glevering hall and fell in love all over again. Two totally different venues though!
